Cancellation policy for couples, engagement & pre-weddings
Emergencies:
Reservations may be cancelled with a 90% refund up to 24 hours before the start of the experience for emergencies such as sudden serious health issues, natural disasters, or unexpected COVID restrictions.
CANCELLATION FOR ANY OTHER MATTER THEN ABOVE:
Reservations cancelled for personal reasons not listed above may be cancelled up to 7 days (up to 30 days for Christmas holidays or Bank holidays) before the experience with a 90% refund. No refund will be issued if the session is cancelled less than 7 days (or 30 days in case of Christmas holidays or Bank holidays) before the start date.
IF YOU DON’T CANCEL THE EXPERIENCE AND DON’T ARRIVE WITHOUT INFORMING US:
In this case, 100% will be charged. If you cannot arrive for sudden reasons, please let us know as soon as possible. We are people and can agree, to postpone the time or date as per our availability.
IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE DATE OF THE EXPERIENCE:
If you want to change the date of your experience, let us know as soon as possible so we can fit you into our schedule.
Cancellation policy destination photoshoot
Destination photoshoot reservations may be cancelled for personal and/or emergency reasons up to 30 days before the experience, with a partial refund. No cancellation fee will be applied, but expenses incurred for tickets, travel, and accommodations that are not reversible will be deducted from the refund amount.
If the experience is cancelled less than 7 days before the start date, due to an emergency (such as sudden health issues, or unexpected Covid restrictions), no cancellation fee will be applied. However, expenses spent on tickets, travel, and accommodations that are not reversible will be deducted from the refund amount.
If the experience is cancelled less than 30 days before the start date for personal reasons, a cancellation fee of 30% of the total price will be charged, in addition to the expenses spent on tickets, travel, and accommodations that are not reversible.
If you do not arrive and do not cancel before the photoshoot, 100% of the total price will be charged. If you are unable to attend, for unforeseen reasons, please inform us as soon as possible. We are flexible and can discuss options such as rescheduling the time or date.
Retainers, in any case, are not refundable without any exceptions.
Cancellation for Weddings
Emergencies:
Reservations may be cancelled with a partial refund up to 24 hours before the start of the experience for emergencies such as sudden serious health issues, natural disasters, or unexpected COVID restrictions. A 30 % administrative fee will be charged from the deposit fee.
CANCELLATION FOR ANY OTHER MATTER THEN ABOVE:
The client may terminate the Agreement with a refund only up to 6 months before the Wedding day. In the event of any cancellation of services, a 30% administrative fee will be charged from the deposit fee.
No refund
Cancellation by the Client in less than 6 months before the wedding day will not result in a refund of the deposit fee to fairly compensate the Photographer for committing his/her time to provide the Services and turning down other potential projects or clients.
